Sanjay joined TCE & Associates, Inc. in 1986 and is a Principal at the firm. Sanjay has over 39 years in design projects with construction costs exceeding 10 billion dollars. This includes concrete high rises exceeding 50 stories (multi-family, office buildings, hotels and mixed-use) plus over 25 multi-family stick projects (Type 3A and 5A construction) whose size is between 500,000 gsf to 1,500,000 gsf. Projects are located in the DC Metro area; White Marsh, PA; King of Prussia, PA; Jersey City, NJ; Boston, MA; New York City, Philadelphia, PA; Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; Orlando, FL; Columbia, SC, Tampa, FL; San Antonio and Dallas, TX, San Juan, Puerto Rico, and New Delhi, India. Sanjay is involved in the design and renovation of mixed use, educational, industrial, garage, and commercial buildings, including high-rise buildings such as large hotels, apartments and office buildings. The design systems utilize reinforced concrete, pre-stressed and post-tensioned concrete, structural steel and wood. His responsibilities include structural analysis and design, investigation and evaluation of existing structures for renovation and conversion to other uses and upgrading of existing structures, investigating structural failures and providing expert technical opinion in litigation.
