Sebastian joined TCE & Associates, Inc. in 2005 and is an Associate Principal at the firm. Sebastian’s responsibilities have included all aspects of project management and quality assurance inspections for a variety of high-rise building facade and roof restoration projects, historic building restoration projects, concrete repair projects, new construction building envelope waterproofing and roofing, and leak investigation and repair design. This includes experience in waterproofing and repairs, expansion joints, roofing and repair of roofing, green roofing design, building and roof structures, insurance investigations, building condition surveys, window repairs and replacement, and general problem solving as it relates to design, alteration and repairs of buildings and related structures. Current duties involve waterproofing consulting for new and existing buildings, building forensic evaluation and repairs, roofing, structural analysis and design, evaluation of existing structures, investigation of structural failures, and restoration of damaged structures.
